- Something to sit on. CPR skills are performed at floor level. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, cushion and/or a folding chair for your comfort during class.
- We are a mask-friendly environment to help keep our students and their families safe from illness. Many of our students are expecting a baby, or have a young baby at home.
- If a non-mobile baby is joining you, please read our safety policies carefully. Strollers are not permitted, and babies may not be placed on the floor. Mobile (crawling or walking) children are not permitted in our classes.
- Optional: pen/paper for notes. You'll also receive our digital course package via email following the class.
