RE: Crash replacement policy in addition to NHTSA Minor crash criteria:

  • If babyark’s SafeCoil elongates, it is evidence of a crash and the seat needs to be replaced. Contact babyark for more details.
  • On babyark Premium and Smart models: an app alert will notify you of crash damage requiring attention.
