5-hour First Aid for the Infant and Toddler Years (CPR-B/AED)
All the content of the Infant/Child CPR course is included (see above).
As this is a certification level course, we also add-in all the items to bring this up to CPR-C/AED level certification. Therefore we also discuss: First aid for common toddler injuries such as bleeding, burns, and bee stings. Heart attack, stroke, and use of AEDs (defibrillators) are also discussed – making this a great course for the whole family.
The majority of classes we teach are the 2-hour course, as the 5-hour course is a long stretch for infants (pre-mobile infants are welcome in our public courses) or pregnant bellies.

Adult, child, and infant skills are covered, and this is a professional level certification that is appropriate for certifying organizations, postpartum work, and many workplaces outside of the birth world, too.
