I took Holly’s 2 hour infant/toddler CPR course this past week and brought my 6 month old son with me. Holly was an amazing instructor that went over repetition and personal stories which helped to make the information memorable. I feel confident that I could help an adult or child who was in need of CPR or choking. Many different scenarios were brought up in the course as well as other safety aspects including prevention of poisoning, burns, baby sleep, car seat safety which I’m thankful to have learnt!

I worked with Jill as a co-host for an event as well as taking her CPR-C/AED. I found the content well organized and EXTREMELY informative. Jill's teaching style is laid back, easy going and personable. I left the class feeling informed and confident. I would highly recommend Safe Beginnings to anyone looking for a solid CPR course

We completed the CPR course today and left feeling confident with the skills we took away with us. Holly knows her stuff and is passionate about what she does. She teaches in a way that is straight to the point and easy to follow. I have already recommended this to my mom friends and will continue to do so!

The information that I learned at this course was invaluable. You’d be surprised at some of the things that you should/shouldn’t do. Very clear instructions and encouraging atmosphere. I highly recommend this to anyone expecting a little one in their life.

Took the 2 hr infant/cpr class on March 11th at Nurture Collective in Parksville. The material was comprehensive, taught at a good pace with opportunities for questions, and allowed for lots of repetition and practice to create muscle memory. The teacher was experienced, knowledgeable and able and answer all questions asked. My Mom attended and had physical limitations that required modifications of nearly procedures and advice was provided for each. I would definitely recommend this for caregivers of young children.
