Inflatable seat belt policy: Convertible Car Seats: Convertible car seats are approved, but when installing do NOT use the shoulder belt lock-off with inflatable belt systems. Seat pad cleaning information (see user manual for details): Machine wash pad in cold water on delicate cycle and drip-dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
Infant insert/cushioning use: Use only in the rear-facing mode. Accessories Body support must be used if shoulders are below the lowest harness setting.
Other ways the seat can be outgrown (aside from height or weight limits): Top of child's head must be at least 1” (2.5 cm) below the headrest/ harness adjustment handle.
