Safe Beginnings First Aid is founded by two sisters, raised in North Vancouver, BC. We are passionate advocates for child safety and injury prevention. Since late 2016, Safe Beginnings First Aid has educated over 10,000 caregivers and professionals with essential lifesaving skills for small children.

Holly Choi, Co-Owner + Instructor
Holly discovered her passion for teaching and mentoring while training clinicians and their support staff in the medical software field for over 5 years.
Following the birth of her first child in the summer of 2015, Holly certified as a First Aid Instructor with the Lifesaving Society BC/Yukon Branch. Shortly thereafter, Holly became co-owner of Safe Beginnings First Aid.
With a keen interest in child safety, Holly certified as a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) in October 2015 with the Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada (CPSAC). Since certification, Holly volunteers weekly in her community; helping caregivers gain confidence with their car seat installation and usage (More information is available here: www.saferseats.ca/faq). Holly successfully certified as a Technician-Instructor (CPST-I) with CPSAC in October 2017.
Holly is a dedicated mom to two daughters, ages 2 and 5.
